Disper Mix
DISPERMIX is an Innovative Dispersion System, which is optimum for dispersion and mixing. The disc with alternating vanes, which is rotating in high speed, incorporates tiny solid particles into fluids, to produce colloidal suspensions. Colloidal suspensions generated by DISPERMIX are featured by their behavior that the small particles do not settle down under the force of gravity.

원리
The efficiency of DISPERMIX is based on the principle of Parabola-effect. When the geometrical conditions are proper, at the correct speed, a part of the dissolver disc becomes visible.
At this point, the fluid forms a parabola-like flow pattern. This is means that the maximum possible mechanical power is being transferred into the fluid and that the fluid is being agitated so that all the particles can eventually reach the dissolver disc.
When the flow hits the wall of the vessel, the stream is divided into two directions.
One stream goes downwards and flow back to the middle of the dissolver disc along the bottom of the dispersion vessel, while the other goes upwards and flow back to the disc generating a parabola-like geometry.
